I offer counseling to women 18 years and up. I offer both in person sessions and telehealth therapy. My office is located just east of downtown Houston. Virtual sessions are offered via a secure telehealth platform and can be offered to anyone in the state of Texas.

Therapy Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps people learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.
Attachment Therapy
Attachment-based therapy is a process-oriented form of counseling. The client-therapist relationship is based on developing or rebuilding trust and centers on expressing emotions. Attachment-based therapy aims to build or rebuild a trusting, supportive relationship that will help prevent or treat mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.
Sandtray Therapy
Sand tray therapy is a therapeutic technique that involves creating scenes in a sandbox using miniature figures and sometimes water, allowing individuals to express their inner thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal, symbolic way. It's used to help people of all ages, particularly those who have experienced trauma, to process their emotions and experiences.
